I feel that this image reflects the type of band image I want to create for my magazine. I know that Selena Gomez is popular with the age group of my target audience. On this image she is wearing soft purple colours (normally associated with girls), which reflects the type of audience she wants to appeal to. The fonts used on the album cover are not harsh or bold, they are quite floaty and girly.
This album cover is the complete opposite to the previous one. The font is much harsher and more definite, suggesting the artist may be trying to appeal to a more male audience. On this front cover the artist has landmarks from major cities around the world suggesting he is going to take them over, showing his masculinity.
